This unit depends on the hydraulics to drive the Floor / Conveyor / Reversing Floor Chain / Spreader Attachment / Spinner Fold-Up. The hydraulic pump is oversized to handle the load for many years to come with ease. The Floor has an electronic speed control to put the desired amount where it needs to go. The crossfeed has an Electronic Speed control also to place the bedding in just the right spot. The hydraulics on this unit gives you so much flexibility to do the job efficiently.This unit holds 24 cu/yds + per load and will fill about 330 stalls for normal maintenance.When you buy a complete truck unit from us, We make sure the truck will carry the load. The ground speed is good for filling free stalls. The transmission is changed out to an Allison MT-653 automatic 5 speed with a low 1st gear. Perfect for the dairy freestalls. Frame is the right length to carry the load properly. The heater vent is covered to keep the trash out and you will always be able to have the windshield defroster. The radiator is changed out to a feedlot radiator. External transmission cooler is added to protect the Transmission. A lot goes into getting a truck ready for this application. Missing any one of these will cause problems down the road, resulting in downtime and repair costs. but they are out of the way now.
