The 504 is not one of our more common bottle trailers but, it is available if this unit will fit your needs better. It is built with twin 252 bottle tables, due to the weight factor per table and the safety to the workers. All our new trailers come with the new safety features as seen on our features page. It is normally built with tandem independent axels. With 6 on 6 Ag hubs. These hubs are of our special design to keep out trash and moisture to prolong the life of your axels. A single axel is also available for this trailer. We use an HD Q821 spindle and hub assy with heavy-duty wheels. We do offer a personnel carrier for the rear of the trailer for transport of the feeders, from the milk barn to the calf pens. Running boards down each side of the trailer and up over the top of the axel fenders are standard. We use only “Grip-Strut” catwalk material for the safety factor of the workers. An “optional” rear drop leg can be installed to stabilize the trailer for reloading while the tractor is away doing another job. The trailer comes with a stainless-steel milk catch pan below. All the new updates on the gates and locking system are on this unit. Removable gatesallow us to keep a lower more comfortable working area for the workers. We are building the 96-bottle trailer for the smaller dairies. We can do a lot of different things to custom build for special needs. We have designed it to haul small loads of 2qt or 3qt bottles. Our 96 bottle trailers have 3 wheels, 2 wheels to carry most of the load and the front wheel 5th wheel style for steering and pulling the load by hand or ATV. The axels are of our special design to keep the elements out of the hub and bearings, for longer life. The gates are always attached and swing out of the way during feeding. The table has 2 positions, feeding position and drying position. The bottle table will hold hot water after the bottles are filled with milk to keep the bottles warm until they can be delivered to the calves. The water can be drained out of the pan during or after delivery of the bottles by way of a ball drain valve. The gate on the trailer has 2 locking arms. One at each end and are connected to actuate at the same time.

The 616 Bottle Trailer has become our most popular trailer as calf operations have grown over the years. Most of our innovations have come from the evolution of this specific trailer. All the new safety features we never thought was needed was realized with the use of this unit in the field at the larger operations. The removable gates were engineered to create a lower working platform. Safety locks on the tables were installed because workers were riding on the tables during transit to the pens. Giving way to the need for a rear personnel platform for the workers to ride on during transit to the pens. Better running board system for the worker to travel on during feeding. Easier gate locking and unlocking system for the larger gates. Then the need for 2qt and 3qt bottles came into play, the tables had to be re-engineered to work properly. Then the operator that wanted half of a table for 3qt bottles and the other half with 2qt bottles but had to be changed easily as their calves changed. Which led to the removable platform to match the bottles with the gates for holding and washing purposes. Tandem axels were needed to carry the weight and travel over rougher roads to keep the load more stable. That led to the workers not wanting to go under the trailer to grease the pivot. Which led to us moving the grease point to the outside between the wheels so anyone could grease the pivot point. An “optional” rear drop leg can be installed to stabilize the trailer for reloading while the tractor is away doing another job.

The need for a grain trailer for calf feeing is essential for calves.

Our trailer is designed to handle about 3500 lbs. of calf feed, given the normal density. We have designed our grain trailer with a heavy-duty independent tandem axle assembly with 6 on 6 Ag hubs and spindles and 10ply tires for durability. The axels will help stabilize the load during travel. The low working level of the sidesmakes it easy to scoop out the grain and it is wide enough to be used on both sides at the same time. The V slope center allows the feed to slide down to the feeder with a small amount of effort. A safety feature that has not been overlooked is that all the working edges around the trailer are covered with a round pipe to cover any sharp working edges, and the wheels are well under the trailerout of the way of the worker walking alongside the trailer. To keep his feet from getting into a pinch point.

The 200 Bottle trailer is available with a hot water holding pan for colder climates.

Its purpose is to fill the bottles with the normal warm milk and when they are full you can come behind and fill the rest of the open area with hot water to prolong the heat of the bottles until the bottles can be delivered to the calves.

The extra holding capacity of the trailer can also be used as a water storage tank. The additional water can be used to fill the calves' water buckets, a better use of time and energy. Many of the new safety features are used here also.

The standard 2qt bottle trailer has all the safety features and has a stainless-steel milk catch pan in the trailer frame, both units have the safety feeding lock for the different functions of the table. For filling the bottles and transport/feeding to the right side/feeding to the left side and the drying position, we do offer a 3qt bottle model. An “optional” rear drop leg can be installed to stabilize the trailer for reloading while the tractor is away doing another job. HD tandem independent axel assembles with HD Q-821 8 on 8 hubs and spindles. The wheels are HD 8 on 8 rims and tires are H29 x 9.0 x 1514ply tires. By making our axel truss system we can place the wheels closer together to minimize the drag on the wheels and still have a flotation suspension on the trailer for rough travel. The frame is supported by truss bars on each side of the trailer to minimize flex during travel, keeping the integrity of the trailer.

Each bottle table is equipped with 4 positions for the various functions during feeding. Loading and travel/feeding to the RH side/feeding to the LH side/drying position.

We have added a new feature on our larger trailers two washing positions to help the workers in their daily work. One for chemical sanitation / second for chemical bottle washout. It is better to make the job easier and more functional so the workers will do their job quickly and more efficient, rather than fighting to get their job done right.

The 756 Bottle Trailer has removable gates. Allowing us to keep the working table low for the comfort and efficiency of the workers the gates are easy to remove and easy to reinstall between each feeding. The new gate locking system is a big help in the effort of opening a gate this large. They lock open and spring slam shut, capturing the bottle again.

The running boards down the both sides of the trailer are all “Grip Strut” grating for safety, we are now running it over the top of the fenders for worker safety. We normally install a rear personnel carrier on the rear of the trailer. We want to get the workers from the barn to the calves safely. An “optional” rear drop leg can be installed to stabilize the trailer for reloading while the tractor is away doing another job.

Our calf grain dump trailer can be used in 2 ways; as a bulk grain hauler and as a fruit bin or calf grain bin transport trailer.

We designed the trailer to accept 2 standard fruit bins at a time. Some operations are using enclosed bins with lids to protect their expensive Calf feed from spoilage. With the trailer, you can haul the bins from place to place and feed right out of the trailer to the calves. The tailgate is removable, yet the gate stops will hold the bins in place while traveling. You can also fill with bulk feed and as the level goes down, raise the trailer bed so the feed will fall and pile against the back of the trailer making it easy for the workers to scoop out.

There are many possibilities with this versatile trailer. The trailer is built heavy-duty for years of service. You will need a tractor with a simple set of auxiliary hydraulic couplers.

Over the years we have updated the 300Bottle Trailer, with all the new safety features and in the past, the norm was 2qt bottles, but as things changed, we built the 3qt bottle tables. We added the new travel table safety locks and the improved the feeding and position table locking system. We continue to upgrade and add better safety features in our production. The 300 Bottle Trailer has our special axel hub assemblies to help keep dirt and moisture out of the hub for longer life on the bearings and axel. We offer grease buddy hubs like on your Ski Boat. They work well. Our bottle holds down gates are attached to the table and fold down out of the way during feeding. The gate locks have been changed to the new easy to use system we developed over the years. Running boards down the sides of the trailer and over the axel are still standard. The trailer is balanced empty or full, adjustable hitch and tongue jack, an “optional” rear drop leg can be installed to stabilize the trailer for reloading while the tractor is away doing another job.

Our 960 Bottle Trailer is the newest in our bottle trailer line up for the high quantity trailers. Most of the trailers we have built have been the 2qt Models, but we are now building a 3qt Model trailer. These are big trailers in length, width, and weight. The axels on these units get 8 on 8 Q-821 hubs on a Tandem independent axel assays. The Tires are a heavy-duty tire and we finish it off with filling the tire with foam for increased life and durability. This trailer has been the reason, to think so much about safety for the workers. There is a lot of weight in 960 bottles full of milk. So,all the improved travel safety locks were designed and the table tilts safety locks also, we have put “Grip Strut” Running boards down both sides of the trailer and over the fenders. We also include on this model a personnel carrier at the rear of the trailer to carry the men from the barn to the calves safely. This Trailer is a real Product Mover. The racks on the trailer are removable to keep the working area low. The new gate locks were designed for this trailer for hands-free usability. We have gone so far as to begin to offer aluminum gates for this trailer. It cuts the weight on the gates to half of what they were before. It is an option for you as the operator. The 400 Bottle Trailer bridges a gap from a single table to a twin table trailerthe normal single table trailer is 2qt with a single axel. If you decide to go 3qt bottles, then It is much better and safer to go to twin tables due to the weight factor on this smaller of the trailers. This is a trailer that we can have a lighter 6 on 6 hub single axel or heavier 8 on 8 hub single axel. The gates are attached to the table and swing down and out of the way for functionality. “Grip Strut” running boards are standard on all our trailers. Adjustable front hitch and tongue jacks are included.
